Ian RobertsonBBC Rugby Correspondent Long time BBC Rugby Correspondent, Ian Robertson presents, analyses and commentates on rugby for radio and television. He is a very entertaining and funny after dinner speaker. Ian also is much more than a former rugby player - he has written over 25 books, including a ghosted autobiography of Bill Beaumont, Andy Irvine and the family biography of Richard Burton. To persuade Elizabeth Taylor to write the foreword to this book, he was forced to spend a whole week with her in Hollywood! During his rugby playing career he won eight caps for Scotland, played for the Barbarians and London Scottish. He is the former Chief Rugby Correspondent for the Sunday Times newspaper. |
